The hotel features comfortable beds and a friendly staff who are eager to assist. Had a great time with friends! We visited the Giant Center and saw a concert at Hersheypark Stadium, both were super close. The pool and gym were nice perks. Staff was friendly, and it's a comfy spot for groups. Just a heads-up, the place is being renovated, so look for that!

The first room we got had used sheets and trash everywhere. Luckily, the second room was clean, but the cleaning needs to be better for future guests. Just something to keep in mind when checking in.
